Normal Foot.

Essentially what my foot looks like.
Bangin, right? So it means that those two little pieces of bone are supposed to be one. But they're not, which aggravates the foot, especially when it is put under pressure, like standing on your toes, wearing high heels, running, etc etc. They're held together by connective tissue, I think which is stretched and strained when you put pressure on it. So the doctor recommended physical therapy so I'll call them up and see if it helps. So basically: bad news is there's really nothing you can do for it. And yes, you will be in pain daily. Good news is since apparently I can't really mess them up more, I can run. And thus, play frisbee. I asked the doctor multiple times, in multiple ways and he was like, 'Listen. It's gonna hurt. I can pretty much promise that. But from what I can tell, you can't make it worse. So even if it hurts, you do what you love.'
And there we go.
