performing dental prophylaxis routines on patients has made me much more aware of my dental hygiene. I typically brush, but floss once a month or so. I know, I know, I KNOW you're supposed to floss every day. And use mouthwash. It just always seemed like so much extra work to me.
However. After seeing the number of teeth extracted from mouths and all the crap that builds up, I have decided to be a better flosser. Besides, I've heard multiples times from many sources that if you don't floss your teeth, you lose them.
PSA for the day is now over. Your regular program will now resume.
